Forwarding to appropriate jurisdictional LMO (by DCLM/JCLM/SrJCLM)
Stage-4
Inspection and Recommendation (by ACLM/ILM)
20 days from the date of forwading
Stage-5
Re-submission (by the applicant)
Within 60 days from the initial return from ACLM/ILM
(Maximum 2 times)
Stage-6
Scrutiny and Recommendation (by DCLM/JCLM/SrJCLM)
10 days from the date of recommendation received
from ACLM/ILM
Stage-7
Re-submission (by the applicant)
Within 60 days from the initial return from DCLM/JCLM/SrJCLM (Maximum 2 times)
Stage-8
Registration Processing and Approval/Rejection (by the CLM)
15 days from the date of recommendation received
from DCLM/JCLM/SrJCLM
Stage-9
Re-submission (by the applicant)
Within 60 days from the initial return from CLM. (Maximum 2 times)
Stage-10
Issue/ Rejection of Registration (from DLM, Odisha)
45 days from the date of application
(Time spent towards compliance/correction does not
count towards processing time)
Stage-11
In case of Rejection (by the applicant)
Applicant may re-apply afresh
